- To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Program, you must be pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s or master's degree and you are required to have graduated prior to your first day at Shell.
- To be eligible you need to have less than three years of professional work experience.
- For German based roles fluency in German (B2 level) and English is needed.
