In this responsible position, you will act proactively and skilfully and support our internationally positioned Technology department as a communicative linchpin in all areas.
- General assistance and organisation of the department
- Internal and external scheduling of the CTO
- Preparation of English presentation materials, monthly reports and professional analyses
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings, telephone and online meetings and video conferences
- Organising and booking business trips and international workshops
- Carrying out follow-up activities as specified by the CTO
- Maintenance of our intranet
- Completed studies or adequate commercial training
- Ideally professional experience as an assistant in an internationally operating industrial company
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- Independent and absolutely reliable way of working
- Communicative and strong in organisation and implementation
- Willingness to work in a team in a multicultural working environment
