For more than 40 years, we have been developing and manufacturing highly innovative electron beam exposure systems for nanostructuring in the semiconductor industry, industry-related research and related markets for our international customers at our main site in Jena (Thuringia).

For the Research & Development department at the Jena site, we are looking for you as

Software Developer (m/f/d)

for electron beam lithography systems

The Following Tasks Await You

  • Conception, implementation, optimization and testing of C/C++ based software for the adjustment and control of mechanical table systems of electron beam lithography systems
  • Implementation and testing of Python scripts under Linux for device analysis and device qualification
  • Implementation, optimization and testing of C/C++ based software for exposure control of electron beam lithography systems

For This Task You Should

  • have successfully completed your studies in computer science, physics, mathematics or a similar subject area
  • have knowledge of software development under a Linux operating system
  • Be confident in programming with C/C++ and Python and have a basic understanding of reading electronic circuit diagrams
  • Ideally have practical experience in controlling hardware
  • Have a good command of written and spoken English and German
  • Bring technical curiosity with you
