UX/UI Designer:in (home office possible)

Our aim is to transform the dreams of our non-technical users (usually doctors and other medical professionals) into technically feasible concepts with creativity, and then to implement them while taking user-friendliness, scalability and runtime security into account.

WHERE YOU CAN LEND A HAND

• Would you like to create real added value for our doctors and patients in the healthcare industry with us? Our UX/UI team needs you to optimize and further develop our practice management software tomedo and other zollsoft products.
• As a UX/UI Designer at zollsoft, you will be responsible for the entire design process, eliciting requirements, creating concepts as wireframes or click prototypes and testing your concepts with real users.
• In your position, you will be involved in the development of a style guide and the further development of our UI components.
• You present your results confidently to your team of developers and product managers and help prioritize them.
• You will also be responsible for moderating co-creation sessions and workshops.
• You will be actively involved in our weekly team meetings and provide feedback on the concepts presented.
  
  

What You Should Bring With You

• You have successfully completed a relevant degree, e.g. communication/interaction/product design, media informatics, human-computer interaction or human factors.
• You have been working as a UX or UI designer for at least 1 year and have experience in designing desktop applications.
• You know how to use Figma to present complex workflows in an easily understandable way.
• In order to really gain a foothold with us, it is essential that you are fluent in German.
• You are interested in constantly learning.
• Ideally, you also have at least one of the following qualifications that go beyond classic UX / UI design: - Experience with the implementation of regulations for medical devices in the UX process (formative and summative evaluation, risk management according to IEC 62366-1 and -2, ISO 14971 and FDA HFE Guidance)
• Experience in co-designing product visions and leading development teams
• Experience with Lean UX / Design Thinking
