Then come and join our global team as Senior Strategy Manager (f/m/d) to lead the development and execution of Siemens Healthineers’ strategic goals. In this position you will be guiding teams and senior leadership members through planning and implementation, identifying opportunities for growth, and improving business performance.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
    • You develop, drive, and implement key strategic projects and plans for Siemens Healthineers together with the Strategy and M&A team as well as with our Business
    • You lead international projects to address and answer strategic questions of the Executive Management board
  • Business Analysis:
    • You analyze competitive landscapes, market trends, and financial data to support decision-making
    • You use data-driven insights to make recommendations to executive management and senior leadership
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with senior leadership from Business Areas, Horizontals, Functions and Regions to drive and enable the implementation of strategic projects and plans
  • Reporting and Presentations: You regularly present updates, analysis, and recommendations to executives and senior stakeholders

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in natural sciences, engineering (preferably with a medical focus), or business, ideally with a subsequent doctorate or MBA
  • You have several years of relevant experience in strategy development in healthcare, ideally from a top tier management consulting firm or from a corporate role
  • You have a proven track record in the development and implementation on strategic initiatives on level of a global multinational corporate
  • You have proven your leadership ability in diverse teams, even without a direct leadership role across a variety of projects
  • You have intense experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams including strategy experts, topic experts and external support
  • Ideally you have experience in establishing strategic partnerships with external partners

Your attributes and skills:

  • You are a strategic and creative thinker with a curious mindset
  • You have the ability to analyze, synthesize and present complex information in a clear, timely, concise, and effective manner
  • Your experience in dealing with clients, partners, and top-level management enables you to communicate effectively with leadership
  • You have very good English-language skills (written, oral, negotiations) and are confident within an international environment; ideally you are able to communicate in German as well
