What You Can Expect
Over the course of two years, you’ll get hands-on experience, be actively integrated into the day-to-day activities of your teams and gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. You'll rapidly build in-depth knowledge, discover solutions, and experience our business first-hand.
From day one, you will work on meaningful projects with three individually designed assignments, including one eight-month international assignment.
You will be paired with a dedicated mentor who guides you through immersive experiences, allowing you to shadow various roles and positions. This support system is designed to empower you to achieve your unique career goals while fostering meaningful connections with peers and influential business leaders. Additionally, you'll gain access to a wealth of resources geared towards cultivating your professional growth.
As part of our team in the Project Entity, you collaborate with experienced project managers, work alongside technical experts, and engage with diverse stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of grid stabilization projects. You will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge to real-world projects and gain hands-on experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring while contributing to our mission of sustainable development.

How You’ll Make An Impact
As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and will work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.
- Work within the project team and ensure coordination with key stakeholders such as the client, partners, manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors
- Support the team in ensuring project tasks and deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and EHS standards.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks
- Ensure a good working relationship between the project team, line managers, and interfacing organizations
- Experience in the electric power industry, knowledge of business issues associated with power delivery services is an advantage
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills paired with a “Hands-on Mentality”
- Ability to communicate complex technical or commercial issues to peers, clients and senior managers
- A master's degree, doctoral degree, or equivalent in electrical, civil, or industrial engineering, business administration, or a similar field
- Significant practical work experience up to 36 months including knowledge from internships, working student activities or employment
- Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working
- Excellent English skills to work in a multi-cultural environment and be flexible and mobile during the program, German skills are a plus
