Salesforce Implementation Manager (Remote)

We are looking for a high-energy, driven professional with strong technical aptitude and outstanding communication skills to join our Customer Success Team as a Salesforce Implementation Manager. As a Salesforce Implementation Manager, you'll be at the forefront of automating intricate HR processes directly on the Salesforce platform. Your role as a Salesforce Implementation Manager demands a deep dive into the technical aspects, ensuring the seamless adoption of the flair HR platform, and charting an upward trajectory for your career. As part of the implementation team you collaborate closely with our customer success, sales, and product departments to ensure seamless integration of flair products for our customers.

• Proficiency in English (Proficiency in German is a plus)
• Proven experience as an Implementation Manager, Project Manager or similar role.
• Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, configuration, and customisation.
• Strong project management, planning and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• Desire to learn, grow, and continuously exchange feedback.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems is a plus.
