Your mission as Project Manager Innovation

As Project Manager Innovation you will contribute to our innovation strategy by leading various projects revolving around creating new products, services and business models for CWS Hygiene. This includes hardware, service solutions and digital solutions (e.g. IoT). You report directly to our Head of Product Portfolio & Innovation and work closely together with product management, sales and other stakeholders across Europe.

What else will you be doing as Project Manager Innovation?

• Conduct customer surveys, deep-dive interviews, workshops and focus groups to understand customer needs, gather data and validate innovation ideas
• You conduct market research, competitor analyses and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify trends, opportunities and challenges;
• Project management for the development of new products, services and solutions to enhance our service offering as part of our innovation strategy for hygiene;
• Manage customer projects for integrating our IoT-offering and data into customer software platforms from initial sales discussions to supporting the implementation;
• Further develop our IoT-offering by defining new customer requirements, creating user stories and managing the product roadmap;
• Perform as key internal coordinator and interface for all digital solutions between Sales, Marketing, Product Management and IT;
• Coordinating with external hardware and software development partners.
  
  
  

How will you contribute to successful digital hygiene solutions?

At CWS we are looking for the right personal and cultural fit. You are a digital native, have a passion for translating business requirements into IT solutions and you like to go the extra mile.

• You have a bachelor or master degree in business administration, engineering, science or another related field;
• You have at least +3 years experience in project management with commercial purposes, in which you are used to product and innovation management related topics;
• We can describe you as a strong communicator with an understanding of commercial objectives, and you are a problem solver who sees the fun in complex challenges to combine business and IT;
• You are a teamplayer who easily connects with colleagues from different departments and regions;
