Junior Social Media Content Manager (m/f/d)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Junior Social Media Content Manager to join our organic social media team and help bring our brand, campaigns and goals to life through compelling social media content.

As Junior Social Media Content Manager (m/f/d) you will develop video production concepts for our various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative video concepts and storytelling ideas for social media campaigns, brand partnerships, and product placements
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that creative ideas align with ABOUT YOU’s brand identity and voice
• Manage and guide Social Media Hosts and Ambassadors, ensuring their content aligns with brand/campaign goals and is engaging for our social media platforms and target audience
• Conceptualize and manage video content production for our Celebrity Collections, incl. pre-production, on-production and post-production
• Work closely with the social media managers to brainstorm innovative social content to further the teams’ goals by driving relevant KPIs
• Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and content best practices to continually elevate our organic content strategy
  
  

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience working in a social media or content creation role (internships or freelance work welcome)
• Excellent creative writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and brand-relevant video concepts
• Ability to film and edit social media content (CapCut, Canva, etc…)
• Experience working with influencers or managing social media talent/ambassadors is a plus
• Ability to stay on top of the latest trends and adapt creative ideas to fit social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong passion for social media, digital marketing, and creative content production
