Your mission
As a Junior Compiler Expert, you will support the development and validation of compilers and libraries used in various software applications. You’ll assist in testing and optimizing compilers, and contribute to ensuring they meet industry standards.
In this role, you will help design and execute tests for C++ compilers, analyze test results, and assist in adapting software libraries for compatibility with different compilers. Your work will contribute to improving the performance and reliability of compilers and libraries in real-world applications.

As a Junior Compiler Expert, you will support the development and validation of compilers and libraries used in various software applications. You’ll assist in testing and optimizing compilers, and contribute to ensuring they meet industry standards.
In this role, you will help design and execute tests for C++ compilers, analyze test results, and assist in adapting software libraries for compatibility with different compilers. Your work will contribute to improving the performance and reliability of compilers and libraries in real-world applications.
Your profile
- Completed degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Solid knowledge of C or C++.
- Hands-on experience with various C/C++ compilers.
- Desirable: Experience with library instrumentation.
- Desirable: Experience with additional programming languages (e.g., Python).
- Interest or initial experience in software and embedded systems testing.
- Independent, methodical, and creative approach to work.
- Strong analytical and abstract thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Fluency in German or English.
