Deine Aufgaben

  • Manage projects in our venture lab and implement effective project management standards
  • Plan, execute and monitor project schedules, resources and deliverables
  • Serve as the primary contact for all project-related matters
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners and stakeholders
  • Support educational programs and events for aspiring entrepreneurs and founding teams
  • Develop & nurture the startup community in aerospace andgeodesy, connecting founders, industry, mentors, experts, and investors
  • Support startups throughout the innovation cycle, from ideation to market entry

Dein Profil

  • Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in a technical field (Aerospace Engineering, or related engineering or computer science disciplines advantageous
  • First professional experience in project management or in tasks that require strong organizational skills
  • Experience in an innovation environment and knowledge of a typical start-up journey
  • Interest in technical innovation and aerospace
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of personal responsibility and strong "get things done" mentality
  • A proactive way of working characterized by initiative paired with the ability to work in a team
  • Very good written and spoken English skills, German skills are a plus
