Aufgaben
At Placetel, we are looking for a passionate and ambitious Account Executive with an entrepreneurial mindset to make an impact. As an Account Executive, you will contribute to meeting Placetel's revenue targets by focusing on managing and nurturing inbound leads. You are responsible for adding new logos to our ICP customer base through eEective sales strategies and relationship building. You will primarily focus on following up on inbound marketing and partnership leads, using our CRM and other sales tools.
You will own a deal pipeline of new logos and have full responsibility from the first contact through to the signed contract. You will also work with our onboarding team to coordinate the successful use of multi-communication channels before handing this over to Account Management. We want to expand our highly engaged sales team who will guide you through this exciting journey and contribute to Placetel’s growth.

Your responsibilities
- Manage and nurture inbound leads to convert them into new logos.
- Generate new Logo’s via structured outbound initiatives.
- Manage inbound demo queue and own SME inbound, maintaining a high volume of activity including calls, emails and social selling.
- Master qualification and value-based selling using Command of the Message strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts
- Create engaging sales presentations and demos, made possible by focusing on good time management and control of the non-selling responsibilities.
- Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on the product roadmap, industry changes, and competitive landscape.
- Provide feedback on market opportunities and trends, playing an impactful role in designing Placetel's long-term strategy in the DACH region.
- Understand our clients' needs and translate this into powerful demos by offering client- specific solutions.
- Work closely with our onboarding team to convert trials and demos into paid accounts.

- Sales Experience: You have at least 1-2 years of experience in an SDR/BDR role and you are eager to make your career step as an Account Executive.
- Proven Track Record: You have a demonstrated outbound experience in B2B Sales (SaaS/Software sales and/or Telco experience is a big plus).
- Outgoing personality: You love discovery! You are curious about the people you speak with, you ask targeted questions that result in meaningful insights regarding the customer’s pain points and propose impactful ideas on how to solve them.
- Data accuracy: Maintain accurate sales CRM data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline and forecasts.
- Proactive and Strategic: You are skilled at identifying opportunities for upselling and cross- selling within your existing customer base and can proactively manage contract renewals to ensure high renewal rates.
- Excellent Communicator: You speak German and English fluently. You can present complex information in a clear and concise manner, making it easy for clients to understand and relay to others.
- Adaptable and Coachable: You have the ability to adapt and improve as required to achieve your potential. You are open to feedback and eager to learn from your team and resources provided.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: You are adept at managing multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously, ensuring that all customer interactions are well-documented and follow- ups are timely.
