Who we are

Corporate Development is part of the Strategy department of Mercedes-Benz Mobility. Our responsibility is the development of the MBM strategy and the subsequent implementation. In addition, we take care about the Mercedes-Benz Mobility internal ESG strategy. Our work includes identifying trends from the environment, developing strategic targets and steering of the corporate strategy as well as facilitating decision processes at top management level which are necessary to shape the future of MBM. Therefore we work closely with the MBM Board of Management and Executive Team as well as with many other stakeholders in our organization and the markets.

We are looking for an intern who has the ambition and talent to develop those processes together with us.

Your responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Support cooperation with different functions and markets as well as steering the implementation of our MBM Corporate Strategy
• Support implementation of ESG strategy incl. CO2 measurement
• Conducting market research covering latest trends, competitors and societal developments
• Support preparation of various presentations to Board of Management and other stakeholders
  
  

Qualifikationen

Studies:

• Business administration, economics, or related fields of study
  
  

Skills:

• Initial practical experience in corporate development, business development, strategy consulting, or banking is advantageous
• Self-motivated and well-organized
• Strong methodological and analytical skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
  
  

Languages:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of German is an advantage
