Who are we?

The team Market Performance Management Europe is responsible for the effective and sustainable development and growth of Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG portfolio, and hence sales, within the region Europe. We spearhead new revenue generation and capitalize on untapped markets, new products and business models putting best customer experience in the center of our decision in order to catalyze loyalty and growth.

What you can expect:

• You support Market Performance Managers in their tasks with markets / Market & Sales performance steering
• You support the Market Performance Europe team in the steering and coordination of global Mercedes-Benz Mobility Sales Initiative with focus on classic Project Management tasks
• You collaborate cross-functionally in strategic initiatives and projects that have a high impact on sales performance in the region
• You support Market Performance Managers in Project Management
• You proactively prepare regular and ad-hoc tasks
• Your working language will be English
• You explore and live our MBM core values and meet high standards of operation in a compliant and efficient manner
• In a nutshell: You will be empowered to fully bring in your expertise, creativity and digital skills to jointly achieve our ambitious targets on a global level
  
  

Qualifikationen

• You are a student of Bachelor/Master in Economics/ Marketing/ Management/ Finance or comparable field of study
• You are passionate about what you do and you have excellent English skills
• You have experience in Project Management and structuring/consolidation of extensive business analysis
• You have advanced skills in MS Office applications; especially you know how to prepare meaningful analysis and presentations for management level
• You are a team player and engaged with high level of integrity and interpersonal skills
• You are self-driven and motivated for working in international environment
• Ideally, you are experienced in financial services, automotive or similar field
• You will join us full-time for 6 months
