Position: Head of Marketing

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Fully Remote - German proficiency required

Salary Range: €63,000–€83,000/year + bonus opportunities + equity options (VSOP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a marketing strategy that drives lead generation, content creation, performance marketing, and brand visibility.
  • Campaign Creation & Execution: Develop and manage high-impact marketing campaigns while optimizing performance for maximum ROI.
  • Event Organization: Organize virtual events featuring sustainability leaders from globally renowned companies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success teams, and external agencies to ensure seamless marketing execution.
  • Content Development: Create compelling content to showcase services, engage customers, and elevate the brand as a ClimateTech thought leader.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3-5 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record in performance marketing, lead generation, and content strategy.
  • Language Skills:
    • German (C2): Fluent or native-level proficiency is essential to communicate effectively with clients.
    • English (C1): Proficient for collaboration and campaign execution.
  • Strategic & Hands-On Skills: Ability to craft marketing strategies, execute campaigns, and manage marketing funnels.
  • Creative Edge: Strong expertise in developing engaging content and managing innovative campaigns.
  • Bonus Points: Knowledge of graphic design tools or prior exposure to ClimateTech and sustainability trends.
