About The Role
  • As a Global GEC (Group Engineering and Construction) Transformation Excellence Leader you will support the management to make transversal Excellence and transformation within the department. It will include Excellence in overall engineering scope as well as project design AND execution.
  • You will be accountable for:
    • Holder of the general procedure for investment management (CAPEX 01).
    • Manage Capex Portfolio Database and prepare Dashboard for Executive level
    • Lead project recommendation summary effort
    • For “Current” capex <7Meur, organize the application of the Capex Excellence methodology to each Global Business Unit (GBU) of the Group, with a “SWOP (Site Workshop for Optimization and Prioritization”) per site.
    • Participate to the arbitration for Capex allocation for each GBU
    • Work in relation to GBU Capex portfolio manager to track investment schedule and global yearly cash-out.
    • Lead Industrial Challenge compilation and make recommendations
    • Ensure filing of all the documentation
    • We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.
      • About You
    • Master degree in civil, mechanical or chemical engineering
    • > 10 years of experience in industrial operations (Production / Maintenance) and/or engineering
    • Project engineering and management knowledge (project range 5 to 100 Meur)
    • Experience of department transformation or Excellence
    • Competencies:
      • Ability to build relationship with stakeholders and various hierarchical levels
      • Challenger, facilitator, strong leadership to make thing happening
      • Well organize, good listening and writing skills
      • Curiosity, learning mindset, open to other cultures
    • Behaviors:

    About The Pay And Benefits
    • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Belgium base pay reasonably expected for this role is €106.880 to €148.500, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
