Our client is looking for a talented outfitting design engineer in the maritime industry to start immediately. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a renowned shipyard located in Bremen area known for its diverse portfolio of specialized vessels, research ships, yachts, and workboats.

Tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement outfitting designs for various shipbuilding projects.
- Utilize your expertise in basic design principles to create innovative solutions for outfitting components and systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications throughout the design process.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
- Conduct detailed analyses and simulations to validate outfitting designs, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and functionality of the ship's systems.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in outfitting design within the shipbuilding industry
- Proficient in basic design principles, with a strong understanding of outfitting components and systems.
- At least B1 German Level
- Ability to relocate to Germany and work at our state-of-the-art facilities in a vibrant coastal city.
