This is a temporary position until end of 2025 which reports into Supervisor Complaint Vigilance EMEA and is based at Neuss, Germany (hybrid).

What You Will Do

The Complaint Vigilance Analyst I is responsible for triaging product quality complaints, coordinating complaint investigations, tracking corrective actions, evaluating technical information, and preparing customer inquiries and trend reports. As a Complaint Vigilance Analyst I, you will work with various departments to ensure effective solutions to customer issues-

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and investigate complaints to identify trends and potential issues. Prepare preliminary trend reports for complaints. Conduct thorough analysis of incoming product complaints and determine requirements for investigation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to address identified issues. Track and document effectiveness of corrective actions taken to prevent recurring complaints.
  • Evaluate information from a technical perspective to ensure appropriate analysis, investigation, and that the root cause is documented prior to complaint closure
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of complaints and investigations
  • Provide regular reports and updates on complaint trends and status to management
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the complaint vigilance program

Required Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • Pharmacist or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in complaint vigilance or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices related to complaint vigilance
  • Ability to conduct thorough analysis of product complaints and determine requirements for investigation
  • Experience in evaluating complaints and finding solutions to customer issues
  • Experience in tracking and documenting effectiveness of corrective actions taken to prevent recurring complaints
  • Experience in preparing preliminary trend reports for complaints
  • Experience in evaluating information from a technical perspective to ensure appropriate analysis, investigation, and that the root cause is documented prior to complaint closure

Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with PQMS or other specialized software related to complaint vigilance
  • Experience in leading complaint investigations
  • Experience in presenting complaint data to management
  • Experience in developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions
  • Experience in conducting complaint trend analysis
  • Excellent communication skills in English, second foreign language preferred
  • Ability to perform in a virtual international team
