Are you ready to make an impact ? We’re on the hunt for a Branding & Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant and diverse team. You will play a vital role in implementing branding initiatives to elevate the visibility and consistency of our branding across platforms, with a particular focus on trade shows and high quality branding materials. If you have a strong understanding of branding principles and marketing execution, first experiences and an understanding of design processes (you don’t have to design yourself) and thrive in hectic and challenging times, such as organizing trade shows, we want to hear from you!

- Assist in the implementation of branding strategies
- Coordinate and manage trade show logistics, including booth design and branding materials
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the production of marketing and event materials
- Facilitate corporate production projects
- Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
- Support the team in managing timelines and deliverables for branding projects
- Stay updated on industry trend and competitor activities
- Support the Global Marketing Team with various branding initiatives
- 2-4 years of experience in branding, marketing or a related role
- Proven experience in trade show organization, including logistics and coordination
- Familiarity with corporate production processes
- Basic understanding of Design principles - collaboration with creative teams
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of Graphic Design Software such as Adobe Creative Cloud is an advantage
- Experience in Hotel Industry is a plus
