The Team – your impact

The chapter Technology & Engineering – Data & AI Engineering represents all experts who deliver data and AI engineering capabilities to our product teams. These experts are organized together to enhance those functional skillsets, improve E.ON’s MLOps & AIOps tech stack and deliver a high level of data delivery & model automation.

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

• Develop advanced AI solutions using LLMs, NLP methods, prompt engineering as well as agentic workflows
• Design and implement scalable and efficient software architectures with components written in Node.js, TypeScript or Python
• Develop and manage data ingestion pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and integration
• Work with multi-cloud environments to deploy and manage AI applications across different cloud platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into various applications and platforms
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and related technologies
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability
  
  
  

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, AI Engineer or similar - ideally with focus on LLMs or NLP
• Strong proficiency in Python and a familiarity or willingness to learn Node.js and TypeScript
• Experience with data ingestion pipelines, custom connectors and data integration techniques
• Familiarity with multi-cloud environments and cloud platforms such as Azure, and Google Cloud
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
