Supply Chain Analyst

The jobIn this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of developing and optimizing forecasts using our integrated business planning, forecasting and optimization tool to ensure precision and efficiency in our network planning. You will work closely with regional teams to gather and validate critical information for forecasting purposes, enhancing the accuracy of our predictions.

Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you analyze inbound and outbound logistics flows, focusing on per customer, per week, and per crate type data. Leveraging BI tools, you'll manage and interpret vast datasets, transforming these insights into actionable forecasting strategies.

A key part of your role will involve structuring and translating large batches of data from growers, retailers, and intermediaries into practical forecasting parameters. This includes integrating actual supply chain data while adhering to the new user agreement. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in bi-weekly Sales and Operations Planning meetings, offering insightful analysis and recommendations to fine-tune forecasts.

Strategically planning for network relocations and depot openings or closings to optimize costs and operations will be a significant aspect of your responsibilities. You'll collaborate closely with the production, digital, and regional commercial teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the board.

Managing grower and retailer stock information and incorporating this data into budget forecasts will be crucial. Your support for commercial activities through detailed analysis of revenue, costs, and production needs will drive our success.

You'll also handle diverse projects that contribute to the continuous enhancement of our supply chain processes. Additionally, you'll spearhead the development and implementation of operational forecasting, including the creation and analysis of auto-forecasting.

You have great adaptability and can navigate in dynamic international environments and embraces change management initiatives with ease. Furthermore, you are communicatively skilled, analytically strong, and able to handle resistance well. You are also proactive and a self-starter, with the ability to see the bigger picture within our forecasting.

Further:

• You have experience with working with number. For instance, within your study or during another role.
• You have a minimum of a bachelor’s or hbo degree or equivalent preferably in economics econometrics, logistics or similar.
• You have a keen interest in data and supply chain.
• You have proficiency in English, spoken and written. An additional language is beneficial.
