For more information, visit: www.barentz.com .About this roleThis role works as a member of a small team of analysts with in-depth knowledge of the organization’s processes and IT. This assignment will be dedicated to the ongoing ERP Implementation (MS Dynamics 365, F&SCM), where they must work closely with internal colleagues as well as third-party consultants working on the project. The team is also tasked with the design, implementation, and execution of IT projects for Barentz. Within the team, individual ownership and self-sufficiency are expected, as well as the ability to collaborate with remote colleagues.Among others, you willAnalyze the identified gaps and define the details required to implement them.Collaborate with regional teams to ensure the business process standards are implementedBridge the gap between technical needs and the requirements of users including providing detailed product requirements for the implementation of changes to our systemsCommunicate with internal colleagues across departments to understand the needs of departments and the organization as a whole about the benefits of recommendations, and address uncertainty and concerns.Use data modeling practices to analyze findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes based on stakeholder requirementsIdentify processes and information technology required to introduce recommendationsConsider the opportunities and potential risks attached to the suggestionsGain agreement, usually from senior management, on the best method of introducing recommendations to the businessSupport the staff and teams in implementing recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issuesPursue analysis and monitoring to discover issues and propose process improvements to deliver better value and solutions to the organizationPerform service operations management escalation change and implementation managementAct as an active project team memberCritical resultsWork with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback on the service/function/product providedDefine configuration specifications and business analysis requirementsPerform quality assurancePerform user acceptance testingOwn and develop a relationship with partners, vendors/suppliers and work with them to optimize and enhance our integrationPerform requirements analysisDocument and communicate effectivelyEnsure that the solutions meet business needs and requirementsAbout YouEducation and ExperienceProven experience in MSD365 ERP implementations, preferably in F&SCMStrong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills (English / Dutch)Previous experience in Business / Systems AnalysisProven experience in gathering requirements and testingExceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skillsExperience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and toolsThe ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutionsExperience creating detailed reports and presentation skillsExcellent planning, organizational, and time management skillsA history of evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvementKey interactionsInternal CustomersExternal SuppliersIT Infrastructure Operations/Technology/Telecom/ Network/Servers/ End User Technology/ peersCentral and local business unitsSecurity OfficerWhy Barentz?Barentz is a great company to work for, with a positive and warm company culture, and a One Team, One Goal mentality.
