About the role:

RoomRaccoon is a leading property management platform dedicated to revolutionizing the hospitality landscape. We empower independent hotels with innovative technology solutions, driving their success and shaping the future of hospitality.


Our Head of Product Connectivity will play a pivotal role in driving all connectivity applications across our business and partners efficiently. Will pay a leading role in building out the small division ensuring all operations and analytics are taken care of.


We are looking for individuals to:

  • Empower Independent Hotels: Be the catalyst for success stories in the hospitality industry, leveraging RoomRaccoon's cutting-edge technology.
  • Shape the Future of Hospitality: Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the industry.
  • Domain Owner: In the driver seat for the Connectivity team and operations thereof.
  • Team Management: Inspirational Leader who will look after the team and be a catalyst for expanding the team in future.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • API roadmap working alongside our Chief of Product and Global Partnership Programme Manager.
  • Taking ownership of the performance of your connections including new builds, rebuilds as well as upgrades. Identify areas for improvement, and implement measures to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including commercial, customer service, engineering and product to define connectivity requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Work closely with external partners and vendors to establish and maintain robust connections and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to connections in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
  • Operational scalability in the decision-making process, aiming to minimize the need for manual workload across the entire business.
  • Implement efficiency and agility improvements in XML, hotel PMS, and channel management connections.
  • Deliver for key insights in supporting strategic decision-making by responding timeously and professionally.
  • Act as a catalyst in reducing integration churn through, continuous guidance and support for external partners on best practices for connectivity and integration.
  • Manage direct reports through training, mentorship, performance management, and team expansion.
  • Contribute actively to the overall success of the business as a member of the Leadership Team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in connectivity management, integration, and API management.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of APIs, networking protocols, and integration technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes and industry trends.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
