Acting as a central hub of our organization, you will ensure a smooth and efficient working environment and handle administrative, HR, organizational, and facility-related tasks. You will collaborate with various departments to enable everyone to focus on what they do best.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and organizational support to various departments.
• Assist in managing HR activities, from onboarding to maintaining personnel files.
• Manage office supplies, facilities, and maintenance tasks.
Ensure a pleasant working environment, including inventory management (ensuring enough coffee
• ), maintenance, and creating a stimulating work environment.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
• Serve as the first point of contact for external visitors and communication.
