Job Description
You play a key role in our company and are responsible for the careful and efficient handling of the entire order process. Your goal is to provide our customers with the best possible service and at the same time make a decisive contribution to achieving our organizational (profit) objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the efficient processing of customer orders to ensure accurate and timely order entry and a smooth order processing process
• You will maintain and update the customer database to ensure customer information is current and accurate, which is essential for effective customer communication and service
• You continually look for ways to improve and optimize order processing and customer service to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
• You are involved in creating reports and documenting relevant information regarding order processing

Requirements for this role:

• Strong communication skills and proficiency in both spoken and written German and English
• Demonstrated experience in customer support roles, preferably in sectors related to technology or innovative solutions
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to collaborate and work cohesively with diverse internal teams
• Customer orientation and the ability to effectively manage multiple accounts
