At B&S Sales is about building a long-term partnership with your customers.
As a Sales manager Duty Free:
- You are the link between A-brands such as Mars, Diageo, Heineken, Dior, etc., and your Duty Free customers who want to sell these products in their retail environment. Daily management of these different parties is key in your position
- You maintain contact with your customers via phone and digital means, but also regularly visit them. You make these trips approximately four to five times a year
- You work and collaborate regularly with your commercial colleagues from purchasing, marketing, etc.
- You coordinate order processing and customer satisfaction. To stay ahead in your market and keep your strategies up to date, you use our systems to analyze strategies and results
- You take the time to further build your connections and explore the market for new opportunities
- You are aware of developments with your customers and brands. You apply your knowledge during negotiations and ensure that results are achieved and improved

You are creative, entrepreneurial and can adapt quickly. Because of your work experience, you already have an understanding of sales. In addition, you attach great importance to freedom in your role, so that you can operate according to your own insights. You are not afraid of the unknown and are willing to take risks!
You:
- Have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Speal fluently English, both orally and in writing
- Possess analytical skills
- Experience in chocolate, beverages, FMCG and/or Duty Free is a plus
We offer you

A good salary in line with your experience, plus a yearly fixed Christmas bonus and a performance dependent bonus
Initially, a one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment
