• Work in HR IT project management and assist in day-to-day project management activities
• Support the team in the preparation of presentations as well as in document management and project reporting
• Support the team in change management activities as well as preparation of training guides
• Update project plan and status reports
• Be responsible for the preparation and debriefing of appointments
• Organize team events and take over further administrative tasks
  
  

Requirements

• Enrolled student at a university or college in the field of business administration, economics or any other related field
• Profound knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of project management is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Independent working style as well as analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Availability to start in February 2025
• Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages like German is a plus
