As the Vice President of Finance, you will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization in collaboration with the CFO. In collaboration with the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiency.

• Ensure proper financial analysis is performed to provide key insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Ensure regular financial reporting cycles to present comprehensive financial reports. including monthly business reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  
  

Financial Operations And Systems

• Lead financial operations, including accounting, billing, collections, and cash flow management, ensuring efficient and accurate financial processes.
• Evaluate and implement financial systems and technologies to optimize financial management and reporting.
  
  

Capital Allocation and Investment Decisions:

• Collaborate with the executive team to assess investment opportunities and capital allocation decisions to support strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
  
  

Risk Management And Compliance

• Oversee risk management strategies, identifying potential financial risks and implementing appropriate mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements.
  
  

Your profile

Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or public accountant certification is preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 10 years in a senior finance leadership role, ideally in a global scale-up.

• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
