Venture Capital, especially at the early stages, is not just about financial Excel sheets, not at all. It's a realm where your scientific background meets the world of startups and innovation. It's mainly about:

Qualifikation

• A background in STEM and a lot of curiosity.
• You need to be fluent in German and English - both is very important!
• You're based in Stuttgart OR in Baden-Württemberg OR you're willing to move here OR you really enjoy taking the Deutsche Bahn frequently ;)
• You need to be looking for a job in Q1 / Q2 2025. Feel free to already send us your CV. Just keep in mind that we will take a lot of time finding the perfect colleague and don't have a strict timeline and process ... you might have to wait for a couple of weeks until we get back to you.
