Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Validation Engineer to lead and enhance validation processes for mechanical, electrical, and user interface (UI) components across our products. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a newly established department, driving quality and innovation from design through production.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve testing standards for NPD and series production environments.
• Design and execute validation plans, ensuring performance, safety, and quality.
• Create and integrate automated testing tools for hardware and software validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed validation criteria early in design.
• Standardize scalable validation procedures for consistent quality in production.
• Continuously improve validation processes and share best practices.
• Document and communicate test plans, results, and risks to stakeholders.
  
  

Profile

• Bachelor’s or higher in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in validation engineering, including automation and UI testing. Proven track record in NPD and series production environments.
• Expertise in validation methodologies, test automation frameworks, and tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Knowledge of HIL and UI/UX testing principles.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration abilities.
• Experience with Reverse Vending Machines (RVM) or similar systems, industry standards, and cloud-based testing is a plus
• Fluency in English required; additional languages (German, Spanish, Polish, French) a plus.
