Key Responsibilities:

• IT Systems Management: Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
• SaaS Administration: Ensure optimal use and integration of tools such as Slack, Zoom, HubSpot, ClickUp, and others.
• Data Management and Support: Assist in data processes, including gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data to support business insights.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support for systems and resolve issues promptly.
• Campaign Technical Execution: Assist in configuring and managing the technical setup of digital marketing campaigns, focusing on data segmentation, targeting, and troubleshooting.
• Automation and Integration: Manage automation processes and ensure seamless integration with tools like Zapier and make.com to support campaign data flow.
• Conversion Optimization: Use tools like to monitor user behavior and support conversion rate improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to support data-driven projects and strategic initiatives.
• Office Presence: Spend part of the workweek in the office to support hands-on collaboration and IT management with very flexible office attendance.
  
  

Requirements & Key Skills:

• Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest and experience in systems administration
• Technical expertise in IT systems administration and support.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methods.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with SaaS tools and integration processes.
