Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)
Core Tasks
Project Management
- Comprehensive project management (Structuring, process and time planning, milestones, task definition, controlling, success control)
- Preferred skills in Six Sigma Project Management standards
- Ensure projects are well management in time and according on our specifications
- Continuous Monitoring of all running projects to avoid critical overlapping
- Project scoping, engineering, execution, learning
- Support to request new projects according to given standards
- Ensure that energy management system is implemented, realized, maintained and continuously improved according to international standard ISO 50001
- Reporting to management on changes in energy-related performance and performance of energy management systems
- Ensure that energy management activities are supporting organization’s energy policy;
- Establish criteria and methods necessary to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation and monitoring of the energy management system;
- Promote awareness of energy policy and energy objectives among all employees at all levels of the organization

- Personality: Ability to work in a team, flexibility, motivation
- Working: Independent, team-oriented and structured work
- experience and Know-how: very good knowledge about the technical requimrements of a paper production plant
- Qualification: technical degree (Techniker/Meister) with a strong technical background (e.g. mechanical engineering)
- Languages: German fluent, Good English language knwoledge
- Training: six sigma certification is a must have
