Team Lead (m/f/d) Telecommunication

Your tasks

• Creation of a high performing team environment enabling employees to reach their full potential and maximise personal and business performance
• Develop the Project Plan according to Customer expectation aligned with the signed contract
• Monitor and review delivery processes on regular basis to optimize effort and dive efficiency
• Tracking of Budget, Costs and Profitability
• Interface and Liase on regular basis, in a professional way, with the customer.
• Ensure full collaboration between Project and Support functions (Sales and Marketing, Commercial, Ops etc.) to drive a cohesive team effort to a satisfied Customer needs and expectations.

Your profile

• Degree in mechanical or relevant engineering or project management or 10 years of related experience in a similar role
• At least 5 Years’ experience in Project management with sound local German regulations, policies and procedures.
• Good understanding of Project Management Guidelines and ability to implement them in the project
• Experience in managing teams (>20 people) and ability to manage multiple and simultaneous projects
• Self-motivated; able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests and with others to utilize their resources and knowledge to identify high quality solutions
• Fluency (speaking & writing) in German and English required
