The Team – your impact

As Team Assistant - PMO (f/m/d) you will become part of a multifunctional and diverse team that aims to empower the consulting business of Expert Services. In your role as Team Assistant - PMO (f/m/d) you will be responsible for managing project plans and support the Expert Services Engagement managers.

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

• Responsible for the onboarding and offboarding of internals and externals (EDT Joiner-Mover-Leaver process incl. hardware, ID Cards, etc.)
• Organization and content-wise preparation of workshops, meetings, and team events
• Managing orders (e.g., externals, hardware, consulting services, Beeline, etc.) incl. accruals, expenses, and invoices for the Leadership Team
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
• Support the planning, execution, and reporting of internal projects
• Coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
• Assist the Head of Unit with calendar management
  
  
  

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

• Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with project management tools is a plus
• Excellent understanding of numbers and analytical thinking skills
• Sound knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and Atlassian tools
• Very good English language skills in spoken and written communication
