YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are part of the purchasing team and support the implementation of the global purchasing strategy for our station network
• You work closely with the category leads and strategic buyers and are the contact person for our stakeholders for one of our Construction & Real Estate product groups
• You will be responsible for various procurement projects from the invitation to tender (RfXs) to negotiation and awarding, e.g. in the areas of Construction, Facility Services, Security or Furniture
• You take care of enquiries from our stakeholders and support the entire Source2Pay process
• You are in constant contact with domestic and foreign suppliers and service providers from our existing supplier network and are equally adept at expanding these networks
• You are passionate about cost optimisation and negotiation and are interested in introducing and implementing sustainable improvements
  
  

Your Skills Matter

• You have a degree in business administration, supply chain management (or comparable) or have completed commercial training, preferably with additional qualifications, or have already gained professional experience in (project or tactical) purchasing
• You are characterised by a convincing communication style, assertiveness, negotiating skills and perseverance
• You have very good knowledge of MS Office
• You have a very good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of German is a plus and you can also use other foreign languages such as French, Spanish or Italian with us

The purchasing department buys everything!
