The Team – your impact

Global Technology Platforms (GTP) builds and maintains scalable platforms for E.ON, allowing product teams to focus on value-adding products.

The Cloud Resilience & Excellence team introduced a Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (WIZ) to empower security and application teams to identify and remediate security issues.

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

• Design, develop, test, and deploy security policies for Wiz Controls, Wiz Cloud Configuration Rules, and Wiz Host Configuration Rules
• Building and deploying automation systems for easy remediation solutions, using serverless functions and Python scripts
• Development of integrations between WIZ and other tools using REST APIs and GraphQL
• Collaboration on building robust CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment and management of security policies and Compliance Frameworks
• Supporting teams in onboarding Kubernetes clusters into the CNAPP platform and deploy cloud-native infrastructure for remediation automation
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to embed security practices within the development lifecycle and support teams with onboarding their Kubernetes Clusters in the platform
  
  
  

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

• Degree or equivalent experience in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Strong programming expertise, preferably in Python, and willingness to learn Rego
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Strong team player with good English proficiency, self-motivated, and proactive
• Technical requirements include experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL, familiarity with Policy-as-Code tools and languages like Rego
• Cloud-native expertise with basic understanding of AWS or Azure cloud services, Kubernetes and containerization experience, and knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Crossplane
