Software Developer (m/f/d) with focus on Python/C#

DAHAG Rechtsservices AG has been around for over 20 years. We have developed from a provider of legal advice by telephone to an experienced service provider for a wide range of problem solutions for the legal protection market.

One of these new solutions is JUSTUS - a digital voice assistant. JUSTUS works in compliance with data protection regulations and, for example, records insurance numbers during the phone call. As a result, it already reduces organizational effort. And in future it will be able to do much more!

We need support!

Not only DAHAG as a company, but also JUSTUS as a project is getting bigger and bigger. What originally started as a one-man study project is now a central component of DAHAG and essential for the future. Our language assistant can do more and more, is being used in more places and will continue to develop in the future. We don't yet know exactly where it will go, but there are numerous ideas about where and how JUSTUS could be used in the future.

We need support for this. We are looking for someone who can not only contribute as a developer, but also work independently and get involved in our charmingly chaotic department. Together with a small team within IT Dev, you will help us to take JUSTUS and DAHAG forward.

Wait a minute, what exactly is this about?

As a software developer with a focus on Python/C#, you are mainly responsible for programming around JUSTUS. Programming experience with Python/C# and experience with the development of containers are therefore important to us. Initial insights into the use of machine learning frameworks are desirable, but not a must.

• You will support the further development of our voice assistant JUSTUS.
• You take care of the installation and maintenance of our GPU servers
• You organize yourself independently and contribute proactively to your projects.
• You work in a structured and independent manner - even if we sometimes have a lot of chaos (which we sometimes love).
• You also coordinate with all parties involved beyond your own department, for example specialist departments and external partners.

Flexible working time models: Full-time for us means 35 hours per week. However, we are flexible when it comes to your working hours and can also discuss individual working time models. You can spend up to 50% of your monthly working hours working from home.
