Tietoevry Create, one of the six businesses within Tietoevry, accelerates customer’s digital agenda with global design, cloud, data and software engineering capabilities which foster innovation in our customers’ products. We are aiming for a market-leading position in our growing Automotive segment.

We continue to expand our business in Automotive and we want to strengthen our team with a Senior Sales Manager. The position will report to the VP Automotive, who is based in Paris.

You have the opportunity to work in our Tietoevry office in Regensburg and/or from home (hybrid workplace model or full home-office are possible).

When joining Tietoevry Create as a Senior Sales Manager:

  • Driving sales for existing accounts
  • Account management, planning and reporting
  • Generating new business leads as well as arranging meetings and workshops
  • Responding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting presentations
  • Working in tight cooperation with the delivery/engineering teams (mainly in near-shore/off-shore centers) and other internal partners and suppliers
  • Representing Tietoevry Create and our offering portfolio in meetings with customers and partners, conferences and industry related events


Who we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales/Business Development in B2B environment, with solutions and services related to software in automotive and smart mobility domain
  • Solid understanding of automotive software value chain and supply chain
  • Good contact network within automotive market (OEMs, suppliers...) as well as ability and willingness to reach out to new customers
  • Ability to identify and interpret trends and implications, and apply this knowledge to support customers
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Convincing presentation and value proposition articulation
  • Fluent in German and English
