Senior Front End Engineer

What you will be working on:

• Take complete ownership of our frontend codebase, maintaining high standards for quality, consistency, and scalability across all components
• Partner closely with product, backend, and QA teams to design, develop, and test new user-facing features in line with product goals
• Build engaging, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces, following UI/UX best practices for an exceptional user experience
• Continuously optimize frontend performance by reducing load times and enhancing responsiveness to deliver a seamless experience
• Identify and proactively resolve issues in the frontend codebase, including bug fixes and performance enhancements
• Implement and uphold test automation practices to ensure frontend stability and reliability through comprehensive unit and UI testing
• Maintain thorough and well-organized documentation for the frontend codebase and workflows to enable seamless knowledge sharing and collaboration
  
  

Desired Experiences & Skills

• Several years of frontend development experience with a strong focus on React and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of CSS/SCSS and responsive design principles to deliver a polished user experience across devices
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or similar tools to ensure reliable test automation
• Experience with UI/UX principles and a user-centric design approach, with a portfolio showcasing previous frontend work
• Self-driven and highly autonomous, with excellent problem-solving abilities to independently address technical challenges
