Your Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer project administration: enter and follow up briefs in project management tool according to established rules, coordinate activities with other functions involved, including sampling for clients and for consumer tests.
• Manage all commercial data with the help of project management tools.
• Take care of day-to-day client requests and prepare and organize client meetings and submissions.
• Collaborate with Customer Care and other stakeholder in the business to ensure client satisfaction.
• Enter and maintain global customer price lists internally and externally.
• File and maintain all commercial documents, including contracts and agreements and perform general administrative tasks.

You Bring

• High school diploma and a 2-year commercial degree or equivalent, with 3-5 years of commercial sales experience.
• Advanced IT literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (specially Excel), Outlook, Teams, and SAP.
• Strong understanding of sales working processes & rules, business operations, and financial concepts; controlling skills are a plus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective client relationships, primarily in back-office roles.
• Excellent teamwork skills, capable of collaborating across diverse functions and organizational levels and strong Business acumen.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented
• Fluent in German and English at a business level.
