Regional Sales Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Regional Sales Manager at Urovo Europe. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and managing a sales team. Additionally, they will analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Target Achievement skills
• Team Management and Leadership abilities
• Market Analysis and Business Development skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in the tech or B2B sales industry; experience in Auto-ID technology is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Fluency in German and English; additional European languages are a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
