The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

How you will CELLebrate

• Assist the quality planning in the development phases up to series production
• Develop the operational quality in the entire production area
• Prepare the control plan, P-FMEA, FAT and SAT documents
• Define and evaluate the release status for product and process
• Conduct process-capability studies and support the launch team with expertise for ramp-up protection on-site
• Perform quality audits
  
  

What you need for our CELLebration

• Succesfully completed bachelor degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a comparable field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a quality engineering role, preferably within the li-Ion battery industry or specific process know-how (welding, stacking, ..)
• Proficiency in cell manufacturing processes and techniques
• Knowledge of quality control principles, methods and tools, includig statistical process control, Six Sigma or root cause analysis
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications as well as to write technical reports
• Fluent English skills with proficiency in conveying information effectively to cross-functional teams
