Responsibilities

• Experiments: Design and execution of research in the field of colloid and interface research
• Technology development: Identification, development and implementation of new physico-chemical technologies through exchange with external partners
• IP management: Analysis and proactive strategy development to protect intellectual property
• Evaluation of results: Professional assessment and preparation of research results as well as presentation to internal and external customers
• Project collaboration: Support for strategic growth projects
• Knowledge management: Securing a competitive advantage by bundling, expanding and communicating expertise in interfacial topics
  
  

Requirements

• University degree: You have successfully completed a degree in chemistry, physics, materials science or a related subject and ideally hold a doctorate
• Experience: You have relevant experience in the field of colloid and interface chemistry, in particular in the characterization of complex systems
• Software skills: You are experienced in using software tools, databases, MS Office
• Language skills: You have a very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
• Personal skills: You are characterized by a high level of commitment, a sense of responsibility and an independent way of working. Creativity, interdisciplinary thinking and excellent presentation skills are among your strengths
• Social skills: you have excellent communication and team skills
