Your tasks and responsibilities:
- As part of the climate strategy team, you are responsible to drive cross-functional climate-related projects to ensure successful implementation of Siemens Healthineers’ climate strategy.
- You collaborate internally across functions, regions, and businesses to ensure target achievement and ensure that climate action is driven holistically.
- You manage internal and external climate-related communication to promote transparency and engagement with stakeholders.
- You stay updated on market trends, latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices to provide strategic impulses to the corporate climate strategy.
- You collect and use data to create transparency and enable decision-making while integrating workflows for auditing and controlling.
Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a university degree in (environmental) engineering, science, economics or similar.
- You have many years of professional experience in project management and successfully leading complex projects within a matrix organization in an international environment.
- You have demonstrated stakeholder management expertise.
- You have a strong background in data management, ideally with experience in greenhouse gas emissions data.
- Experience and expertise in climate change mitigation, adaptation, or a related field such as energy management is preferred.
- You are fluent in English. German language skills are an advantage.

- You are team player, open minded, proactive enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- You possess proven analytical skills and problem-solving skills, creativity as well as the ability to manage several tasks in parallel.
- You thrive in dynamic, complex settings in a highly matrixed environment.
- You are able to work across the global span of the organization, adapting to cultural diversity and differences in business/market context.
