Product Designer (UX)
Bonanza Studios | UX Design & App Dev
Our team is at full capacity through the year, with a waiting list packed with exciting projects. That’s why we’re looking for talented, driven UX designers with a deep passion for the craft who:
• Crave innovation and never settle for the ordinary
• Are passionate about the art and science of UX design
• Seek a collaborative space that values their growth and ideas
For context:
- Bonanza has been named Germany’s leading UX design studio in multiple categories this year.
- We’re a small, effective team spread across Europe.
- Our mission? To help companies go to market in just weeks.
- We are an end-to-end product studio, capable and specialized in UX research, strategy, design, and development.
- At Bonanza, you choose your own lifestyle. Remote first.
- Flexible working hours.
- We care only about your skills and personality.
Why should you join us?
Four years ago, Bonanza was just an idea. Today, it’s a thriving hub for startups, venture firms, and ambitious SMEs – but with a difference. No traditional management, no middle layers. Just pure creative energy. Our team? Designers, tech leaders, artists – a powerful collective with a single vision: to shape Bonanza into the world’s most inspiring product studio.
- Innovation at its core: We’re pushing to open hubs worldwide, aiming to make Bonanza the ultimate creative studio for groundbreaking products. We're constantly playing around with latest technology and find ways to integrate them in our core workflows.
- Accelerated growth: In a year, you’ll gain experience most professionals take years to accumulate.
- Integrated teams, supportive culture: We’ve got each other’s backs. Ask for help and support when you need it. .
- Flat hierarchy: Really. Work collaboratively with design and tech leaders and shape the overall product we're delivering.
- Hands-on projects: Dive into multiple projects, wear many hats, and build rapidly.
- Creative freedom and side projects: Our annual side projects fuel new ideas – one is even a UX training program called UX GYM. Who knows, you might be on the founding team of our next big idea!
Come as a designer; leave as an entrepreneur and innovator. Ready to shape the future?
