Payment Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor daily fiat and crypto payments (on-ramp and off-ramp) for customers.
• Reconcile payment flows, ensuring that funds are correctly credited and debited.
• Monitor transaction flows, identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with banks and third-party payment providers to address issues or delays in transactions.
• Maintain compliance with AML, KYC, and other regulatory frameworks related to payments.
• Provide customer support for payment-related queries and troubleshoot transaction errors.
• Assist in the integration of new payment methods and gateways.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of payment operations to management.
• Optimize payment processing procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  
  
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in payment processing, banking, or financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• Familiarity with bank payment networks and cryptocurrency wallets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Location

• Remote. Candidates residing in the CET/GMT time zones are preferred. The working hours are from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, to accommodate both Australian and Canadian transactions.
