You, as Marketing Specialist, Central Europe - fluent Polish and English will support the Central Europe Regional Marketing Team in reaching the potential consumers of Videojet products through different channels with various marketing tools. This position is fully remote and can be based anywhere in Europe, you will be a part of a small team responsible for DACH, The Netherlands and Eastern Europe. This team has a close cooperation with the global marketing team.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Play a pivotal role in rolling out marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including digital, social media, email, and webinar.
• Be hands-on in the planning and delivery of marketing events and trade shows, managing everything from logistics to coordination, and ensuring effective follow-up.
• Harness the power of marketing analytics and keep our databases enriched with statistical, financial, and qualitative information.
• Provide robust support to the Marketing team in orchestrating project execution with your creative and forward-thinking approach.
  
  
  

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Good understanding of marketing principles, deep knowledge of market research techniques and databases
• Have proven experience of managing B2B and/or B2C campaigns.
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Travel, approximately 20%.
• Fluent in English and Polish (German or Dutch would be a plus)
• High School diploma: BSc in Marketing, Business or a relevant field is a strong advantage
