Your Prospective Job

For our client, a multinational IT company, we are looking for you as a Marcoms Manager Xbox DACH (m/f/d). Our client is one of the the largest vendor of computer software in the world. It is also a leading provider of cloud computing services, video games, computer and gaming hardware, search and other online services.

Your overall objective is to deliver Marketing goals for Xbox while fulfilling company's mission to give consumers a meaningful experience that generates real loyalty. Across all campaigns you aim to grow the fan base and attract new audiences by engaging key influencers and content creators on leading streaming services.

Your Responsibilities

Develop & execute Integrated Marcom & Social Media plans that drive key business metrics for the Xbox Portfolio.

• Strengthen the Xbox brand by planning and executing thoughtful and impactful marketing that delivers a great customer experience. In doing so you focus on driving purchase intent, conversion, post-purchase advocacy and consumer lifetime value for Xbox devices, content, accessories, and services.
• Managed Owned & Operated Events and Co-Marketing Partnerships efforts.
• Work effectively with our Xbox social media agency of record to ensure quality work is delivered on time and to budget.
• Support in rollout and execution of cross campaign integration and production/execution and cross-campaign integration - in partnership with global product marketing, consumer insights, media, owned channels, regional teams and external agencies and partners.
• Support with campaign development and video and digital advertising production for campaigns and key event-related assets with agency partners.
• Drive key consumer facing messaging and copy and identity assets that can be used consistently across all integrated marketing channels.
• Lead the execution of key campaign documents, including authoring the integrated marketing plan, campaign creative briefs, etc.
• Deliver effective, engaging, innovative and optimized creative across multiple social media channels.
• Partner with Xbox teams across multiple markets and regions to deliver relevant, timely and localized content optimized for local audiences.
• Evaluate data, report results, and deliver insights back to the business in a way that benefits the Xbox Social Media team and the wider teams we engage with.
• Drive innovation and a test-and-learn approach to ensure Xbox Social is at the forefront of digital and social marketing.
  
  

Partnership with Regional Category teams on core business objectives and outcomes.

• Partnership with the Consumer Engagement team and digital agency partners to ensure successful implementation across all digital channels (.com, social, CRM, etc).
• Partnership with Regional Marketing and Integrated Marketing Manager to ensure successful implementation and execution in key markets around the world.
• Partnership with Consumer Insights team on consumer insights, business intelligence, campaign measurement and reporting, etc.
• Partnership with Media to ensure successful integration and coordination of key paid media strategies.
• Partnership with the Retail Services and Stores teams to drive campaign implementation at retail.
• Budget ownership and management across multiple deliverables and lines of business.
• Maintaining compliance with legal, Geo Political and on the creative content approvals and clearances.
  
  

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Business or related field.
• Fluent language skills in both languages German and English required.
• 1-2 year experience in the field of marketing or communication also as intern or working student.
• Gaming background is highly important, experience or passion for gaming.
• Self-driven, proactive team player with innovative ideas.
• Eager to learn new tools and processes that support our business.
• Proficient in Outlook, MS Teams and Microsoft 365 skills.
• Organized and efficient, able to prioritize and plan, team-oriented, structured.
• Work to tight deadlines, multitask, experienced to work under pressure.
