Your mission

For us at Elli it is self-evident that the way how our communities are treating their environment has to change now. Within our industry this means accelerating the transition towards fully electrified mobility.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer (all genders) responsible for the design and development system components to enable the functions of next generation charging systems. You will support the development of our charging solutions and consult our product team. You’ll be working in a fast-paced startup environment with amazing individuals who are eager to learn but are also excited to share their knowledge.

• You steer external charging solution suppliers for all mechanical topics.
• You create functional and manufacturing-ready concept designs for an assembly and/or variants, including its components and, if necessary, the required functional diagrams.
• You implement technical specifications (system & component requirements).
• You issue specifications, coordinate and analyze development-related tests.
• You coordinate the development with other departments such as testing, production, finance, purchasing, quality assurance or customer.
  
  
  

Your profile

• You have a degree in technical / university studies in or a comparable technical qualification.
• You have very good knowledge in the field of design of metal, hybrid and plastic components, material properties, manufacturing technologies and mechatronics.
• You have experienced skills in the use of CATIA V5.
• You have very good knowledge in usage of parts management systems.
• You are experienced in series development and series support of components in the automotive environment and / or in electromobility.
• Your German and English language skills are on a business fluent level.
