We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior People & Culture Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on supporting Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives and Recruitment efforts, while also contributing to various People & Culture processes. If you are passionate about creating engaging work environments and enjoy the administrative and organizational aspects of HR, this role is for you.

Job mission
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior People & Culture Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on supporting Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives and Recruitment efforts, while also contributing to various People & Culture processes. If you are passionate about creating engaging work environments and enjoy the administrative and organizational aspects of HR, this role is for you.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the People & Culture team
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining our ATS (BreezyHR)
- Assist with job postings and tracking candidate pipelines
- Organize and coordinate internal workshops and various external training programs
- Maintain training schedules, track attendance, and gather feedback to ensure continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve existing P&C processes
- Manage and organize P&C documentation
- Previous experience as a working student or intern in HR (recruitment or L&D is a big plus
- Previous experience with HR tools and platforms (HRIS, ATS, employee engagement tools, etc.)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
